Hello and welcome to Mama Makes Wonder. Here we share our family adventures, homeschooling, crafts, food, faith, and everything in between. Life (and childhood) is short, and I want to enjoy every moment of it with my kiddos. I believe learning should be fun and hands-on, so a lot of our travels include an educational component. I also want the kids to see the diversity of the world and see the wonders of God’s creation.
When we are not travelling, we love our home life, too! We live near wonderful Music City/Nashville, TN. We are an intergenerational family with my mom also living with us, which offers additional opportunities to create more memories with her. Most days you can find us playing in the backyard, learning something new, watching our favorite youtubers, or exploring a local museum.

Kelsey- Single Mama who enjoys travelling, crafting, homeschooling and shopping. When she’s not creating wonder for her own kids, she’s creating wonder for others as a travel agent with Wondermakers Travel.
Hunter- The wildest kid you’ll ever meet, but smart and sweet when he wants to be.
Favorite things: trains, monster trucks, hot wheels, R/C cars, and riding his bike.
Chloe- The cutest little green-eyed girl who is smart as a whip, stubborn as a mule, and fiercely loving.
Favorite things: Disney’s Frozen, coloring, Jesus, princess dresses, and animals.
Dawson- He likes what he likes, and lets you know it if he doesn’t. He is the best snuggler and has the greatest little giggle laugh.
Favorite things: Food of any kind, dinosaurs, swimming, music, swings, and rocks.
Kim, AKA Granna- She is bold, fun, and independent. Recently retired from many years in payroll, she loves travelling in her RV nicknamed Thor.
Favorite things: playing pool, games, reading, travelling, and watching Hallmark.
